❤️ Handmade Notice

Most items are handmade and very small in size. Slight imperfections (such as tiny bubbles, uneven edges, or minor marks) are normal and part of their handmade charm. If you mind these details, please refrain from purchasing.

❤️ Out of Stock Items

Items that are out of stock cannot be ordered. Restock times are not guaranteed, so if you see something you like, we recommend purchasing it quickly before it sells out.

❤️ Product Size

Please review the size chart and measurements carefully before ordering. All items are hand-measured, so a small variation (about 1–1.5 mm) is normal. Measurements are taken at the widest point unless otherwise noted.

❤️ Product Color Difference

Due to differences in screen displays and online image transfers, slight color variations may occur. Unless the wrong color is sent, returns/exchanges cannot be accepted.

❤️ Product Defects

Defects are defined as:

- Badly damaged items

- Deformed shape that cannot be used

- Obvious stains

- Dyeing issues that cannot be removed

- Incorrect style or colour sent

Not considered defects:

- Loose threads, small snags, or lint balls

- Slight misalignment or uneven stitching

- Sizing issues

- Personal preference or unmet expectations

- Color difference due to screen settings

- Manufacturing odour

- Minor watermarks

- Packaging pressure marks during shipping
(As long as they do not affect the function/use of the item, they are not eligible for return.)

❤️ Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please confirm all details before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.

❤️ Unpaid Orders in Cart

Items in your cart are not reserved. If unpaid, they may be purchased by other customers and become out of stock. If you love something, please check out quickly!

❤️ Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our craft supplies, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except for items that meet the above “Defects” criteria.

We are an online store only. All orders are shipped by mail. No in-person pick-up is available.

Our Mystery Mix and Color Theme Bead Mixes are packed by volume (ml / fl. oz) with a large variety of random designs. Items shown in photos are for reference only — you may not receive every style pictured, and you may also receive styles not shown.
If you specifically want the exact items shown in the photos, please do not purchase Mystery Mix products, as they are intended to be a surprise assortment.

- Free shipping within Canada on all orders $129+ (CAD)

- We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time.

- Orders under $129 → flat shipping fee of $7 CAD (actual shipping cost is approx. $12 CAD; we subsidize part of the fee for you)

- Processing time: approx. 3–5 business days before shipping
