Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your order! However, because our products are mainly handmade and small craft supplies, please note the following:

• No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, size differences (1–2mm variation is normal), slight imperfections, color differences due to screen displays, manufacturing marks, or minor flaws that do not affect use.

• Defects Policy:
  We only consider items as defective if they arrive with:
  • Significant breakage or damage that makes the item unusable
  • Major shape deformation
  • Large, obvious stains
  • Irremovable dyeing issues
  • Incorrect style or color sent by mistake

• Non-Defects (Not Eligible for Return/Exchange):
  • Small scratches, tiny bubbles, or uneven surfaces
  • Slight misalignment or minor flaws from the handmade process
  • Minor color differences caused by lighting or screen settings
  • Manufacturing smell (will fade after airing)
  • Pressure marks from packaging or shipping
  • Free gifts, mystery mixes, or reward gifts (these are complimentary and non-exchangeable)

If you receive an item that you believe is defective, please contact us with your order number and clear photos within 3 days of delivery. We will review your case and do our best to assist you.
