Choking Hazard – Many items are very small and may look like candy, desserts, or food. Please keep out of reach of children 6 years old and under and pets at all times to prevent accidental swallowing. If a child or pet accidentally swallows an item, we cannot be held responsible for any consequences.

Not Considered Defects – Slight variations, minor bubbles, uneven edges, small scratches, or manufacturing odor are normal for handmade and resin items. These do not qualify as defects.

Product Scent & Ventilation – Some resin or pigment products may have a temporary odor. We recommend placing them in a well-ventilated area before use.

Color & Batch Differences – Colors may vary due to different batches, lighting, or screen displays. Items in Mystery Mix or Beads Mix are packed by volume (ml / fl. oz) and selected randomly. Photos are for reference only — you may not receive the exact styles shown. If you require a specific item, Mystery Mix may not be suitable for you.

Returns & Exchanges – All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except for clearly defined defects listed in our policy.

Online Store Only – We currently ship within Canada only (no international shipping). All items are shipped by mail; no local pick-up is available.
